Best-effort targets, business days, India time — we’re a small team in beta:

- Security or privacyany planwe acknowledge within 24 hours
These are honest best-effort targets, not a contractual SLA. During the beta we’d rather set expectations we can hold than over-promise.
What we can help with
Account and sign-in, billing and refunds, bugs, the extension not working on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity, and privacy or data requests.
What we can't (yet)
We can’t write prompts for you or guarantee a model’s output, and PrePrompt only runs on the four sites above — see our known limitations.
